1. General:
The following are the terms and conditions for the supply of products and services by YourGadgets.co.uk
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification. However, the changes will apply only to the orders received after the change.
1.1 It is important that you read and understand these Terms and conditions before placing an order from us. This is to only avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. If there is any term that you do not understand or want us to clarify, please notify our Sales Department by
emailing before placing the order.
1.2 Any agreement entered into is personal to you and only you can enforce these terms and conditions.
1.3 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
1.4 Please be aware that as a small UK based business, with all respects to our clients/customers we would never pass on any confidentials i.e details/addresses to any third parties as this would be breaking the Data Protection Act 1998 for YouGadgets.co.uk. As we have to respect our clients/customers by all means by keeping there details disguised from any third party.
2. Ordering From Us:
2.1 An email is sent immediately after the completion of the order you decide via emailing us before you proceed; this email message should only be treated as an acknowledgement of the order placed from our website.
2.2 All orders are taken in account that we assume that you have read the terms & conditions on our website.
2.3 In case of any gadgets we supply/sell or other technology, the acceptance of the order is subject to the availability of the stock, if we have limmited or no stock of a product we will notify you immediatley to say we are ordering new stock or you have to wait until your product(s) are back instock.
2.4 If the item that you have ordered is out of stock and you have also paid for the item in full, we can either put your order on gold and release the new stock once the new stock arrives or offer you an refund excluding an administration fee and a small paypal fee combined of 8% of the total order value with postage costs.
2.5 As a highly ranked business and comming up with innovative ideas to help our clients to how to pay us quicker and safer online or posting of full payment to receive their goods, we accept the following payments by PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, British UK Postal Orders and Cheques only and no other payments unless stated, This is to cut time and make it easy for us to process your order for us to send your product(s) out to you safely by our couriers.
3. Delivery:
3.1 When we have acknowledged that we have received full payment from you, for the order to be sent by our courier service.
3.2 We will try to deliver your goods on the next day in most cases. In case it is not possible to deliver the goods on the next day, it is delivered within a reasonable period of time which you will be notified.
3.3 We normally take up to 3-4 business working days or even less (excluding bank holidays) for your order to arrive at your address.
3.4 We obtain full Proof of Posting a product, we will keep the proof untill the product has been received by the customer.
3.5 We are not liable for not sending a product out to you with the address you send us, which you later state its been sent to the wrong address. Please state the address for posting of product very clearly and make sure it is a full UK address without anything missing i.e post code, county.
4. Returns Policy:
4.1 We have a within 7 day product return policy to our customers. Any product returns happen after arrival date of your product. This does not affect your rights as a customer/client. You have to email us first to say that you are returning a product and please state why.
4.2 In order we accept the return, the product/s itself has to be adequately packaged and in a
re-sellable condition along with original packing and receipt/invoice enclosed for it to be returned to us.
4.3 However it is at your expence to return a product if your not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Please take in to account we are not held liable for lost products in the post so you must send it by Recorded Delivery for its safe arrival.
4.4 All returns/refunds incur a surcharge of 10% when returning the item, as we will deduct this from the final price paid to us when the product was ordered.

5. Pricing & Offers/Sales + Tax:
5.1 All prices on the website are correct unless there are offers available on our website or any of our affiliate website or any other marketing medium used by us can be changed at any time.
5.2 All offers are subject to the availability to stock we hold. If we think an offer by a customer is being treated as abusive we will have to cancel the order.
5.3 Prices listed on the website are all prices which are inclusive to VAT.
5.4 On sale items on our website may be limited, So we urge you to get your products asap before the sale is lifted.
6. Typographical and Pricing Errors:
6.1 In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

8. Force Majeure:
8.1 YourGadgets.co.uk shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the customer/client shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
